Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of the utmost important for us.  We will refund 100% of the purchase price of goods bought from us within 30 days of ship date.  All Returns must be pre-authorized before shipping back to us and you will be given an RMA number.  Please email or call us to get this number before shipping your items back.  Failure to get an RMA number before shipping back to getlegitgrit.com will result in no refund.

A refund will be issued once goods are received and inspected and deemed re-saleable.

Customers must pay for return shipping unless deemed that the mistake was on behalf of getlegitgrit.com.  Once orders have arrived back at our location refunds will be processed back onto your credit card within 5-7 business days.

Defective product

  • If you receive damaged items or if the wrong item was sent to you, please contact us via phone or email to schedule a return.  We will send you out the correct item and may send you a return label to send the incorrect product back to us.

Restocking Fees:

  • For items that were ordered by mistake on the customers behalf we require a 25% restocking fee.
  • All returns MUST be approved and processed within 30 calendar days of the invoice date to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Orders placed outside of 30 calendar days are not eligible for return.
  • Products marked "non-returnable" are not eligible for return.
